February Food Drive

Upon distributing nearly 40 million pounds of food last year, Lowcountry Food Bank desperately needs help re-stocking its empty shelves. Most needed items include: baby food, canned meats, canned soups/stews (low sodium), cereal (low sugar), fruit juice, peanut butter, whole grain rice or pasta or oats. Containers for the collection of food items will be located on the front and back porches of the sanctuary through February 28, 2022.

Also, we’ve been asked to assist with food sorting and packing at the Lowcountry Food Bank (2864 Azalea Drive, North Charleston, SC 29406) on Tuesday, February 15, from 1 – 4 pm. Please contact René Sisson, for additional details.
