Communications Support
Providence committees/ministry groups are invited to complete and submit this form as a first step in getting promotional support from our Communications Team for a special event, project or initiative. In most cases, Communications can assist with the development of materials through internal resources (including notices in upcoming newsletters and/or our website) but printing, ads (traditional or digital) and/or signage costs will be the responsibility of the coordinating committee.
Please note: at least 4 weeks prior to the event is recommended to adequately assist in promotion.
